  4. Thank you Anna for another great tutorial you've inspired me to start saving my selvedges, the pin cushion is adorable! I've never heard about walnut shells as a filler, where can one find them? I know you & G hike a lot, please don't tell me you collect walnuts & crush them yourself, lol!! Sure wish I could meet you at the coffee shop & go to the Sisters Quilt Show, maybe next year! Thanks for all you videos, I always love watching you in the Beehive!!

  5. What a clever idea. I never have paid any attention to the salvage before. Just cut it off and throw it away. Now I will be vigilant when I take out fabric to save the salvage to make such a neat pin cushion. Thank Anna

  10. Loved the tutorial and the result. Haven't saved selvedge cause I wasn't sure what to do with it. Think I just need to start saving and the ideas will come, like a pin cushion, or a mug rug, or or or . . .

  11. That is sooooo cute! I've been giving my salvages to a friend, but I think I might have to start saving them for myself. Great tutorial. Wish I was going to Sister's this year. Meet and greet will be fun.
