How To Make A Fabric Postcard

19 comments:

  1. You make it look SO EASY! But I can tell that 1/2 the battle is having all the right equipment. This would make beautiful Christmas cards/presents!
    LOVE LOVE your Beehive!
Can you give me info about that iron of yours?

    1. I have 2 irons, the panasonic cordless is the big one which I love just requires you to remember to put it back in the dock to recharge...and my little mighty iron which I got from Walmart which i also love! I think it would be a beautiful birthday greeting!

  2. Happy Easter Anna. Love your little postcard - someone is going to be so happy that they were the high bidder on it! Our rain is supposed to start again tomorrow - time to go out for a walk now.

  3. Question: some fabric postcards I have seen appeared to have thin batting inside, between the fabric and the firm filler - have you ever done that? And why would you/would you not?

    1. I have not...seems like you wouldn't want it puffy but then again a different look. Not something I would do :)

  8. Thank you for the nice tutorial and loved the finished product!! you are so fun to watch...you are genuine, sometimes funny, and so talented. A dirty machine is the sign of a well used machine. The lucky bidder is going to have a treasure. Love the little bee charm addition.

  9. My comment is about cleaning out the bobbin case. I use my dust buster with a knee high covering the hose..... works like a charm - and I can see how much lint - dust comes out.
