Past, Present and Future???

Visiting with my sister and BIL is one of those happy places in my heart but it is not only them I get to visit but quilts I have made :)

I know that one day I am going to have to figure out a different gift...well, can one own to many quilt???  This is my sister's latest birthday gift a pattern by Edyta Sitar of Laundry Basket Quilts  Her designs are so lovely and because of a time crunch I had Sandy a long armer in Bend Oregon do the quilting and she made this quilt sing!!!

This Sunflower quilt was an old one...I think from the 90's when the Fabric Stalkers took a Debby Caffrey Mystery Class at BJ's Quilt Basket in Bend, Oregon

If you have been around the blog for a while you will recognize this quilt from a birthday a 3 years ago??  Anyhoo it is a Valori Wells Design which I inserted a Sashiko Block that I had stitched.

The Little Asian girl is a class that my girlfriend Dale and I took a loooong time ago and we made a whole group of them :)

Her king size bed quilt was a 60th birthday quilt and is a B2Q pattern by Maple Island Quilts.  What I loved about this quilt was I used an extensive amount of my Asian Fabric collection and it was so fun to see all the beautiful prints.

A wall hanging from the late 90's...I loved this print.  I think it might be a Henry Alexander print of children dressed in their native attire.  My favorite of course is the little Korean girl :)

Visiting my Sis is like a walk down my quilting memory lane and it helps me acknowledge that I do get projects done!!! LOL  Have a wonderful weekend that includes a stitch or 2 :)
