Thank You!

There is still so much to share of our adventure and we will be loading the videos over the next week...just in time for our next adventure!!!  But, I wanted to take a moment to thank the many friends along the way...old and new...virtual and physical who helped us  in ways they may not know.
To all the virtual friends who liked, subscribed and commented on our Quilt Roadies you were like a daily uplift for our spirits.  For those along the way that we actually spent time with...it was wonderful!

Thank you to our Uncle Curtis and Aunt Carolyn who included us in their winter family and gave us an introduction to the REAL desert!

Thank you to Jackie from Arizona Quilts and Ray from 3 Dudes Quilting who invited us to visit and video their shops.

Thank you to the Wooly Bees for including me in your stitch group at Olde World Quilt Shoppe and especially Debbie and Kathy who provided transportation with their friendship!

Thank you to Georgia Mate at Quilter's Quarters who let me stitch for a day in the corner of her class.

Thank you to Good Sam who gave us transport to the Mercedes garage in Chandler and also the dealership for allowing us to camp out for the day in their showroom :)

A special thanks to our good friends Rox and Sue who we hung out with in Sedona and Twilene in Boise...it is so wonderful to see familiar faces along the way!

Thank you to Dr. Roy Daniels who became my dentist away from home!!  More on that in a Quilt Roadie video!

And thank you to all the quilt shops along that way that let us video and shop...LOL  Be sure to watch those videos and know that all of them said they would love to send you just what you want!!

And a special thank you to my youngest son and his wife who held down the fort, watered the plants and took care of Ralph the fish!

We have many blessings in life and the most important is all of you...thank you!

  2. Thanks, Anna, G, and especially Enzo (or should I say Sheldon??..haha) for sharing your adventures with us. Although, my husband and I were full-timers years ago for 3 1/2 years, I'm glad to say now I can sit back and enjoy your travels and let someone else do the driving and navigating. Looking forward to more videos :)

  6. We enjoyed your videos and blogs and sharing your time in AZ. I must say, those Arizona quilt shops are huge and I really liked their uniquely colorful Southwest designs. I can't wait to see where you're headed next!

  10. Thank you for sharing your travels with the armchair travellers of the quilt world. I wish you were going to England with me in August for my adventures at a BIG quilt show there.
