On The Way To Soap Lake...

We took an adventurous left turn onto State Highway 17N heading to this interesting sounding place called Soap Lake?!  It took us through the town of Ephrata...Lo and behold Quilt Sampler had already discovered the quilt shop!

On the side of a cinder block building a sign said...Quilt Shop this way...

The Fabric Patch is VERY deceiving. It looks like a small quilt shop in a cinder block building...so, what does Quilt Sampler know that we don't???  Well you will find out when you watch the slide show...it's a long one since this shop went on and on and on!  Get a cup of coffee or tea and settle in cause The Fabric Patch really has it all!

A view of Soap Lake is a meromictic lake that is thought to have medicinal healing powers.  We'll talk more about it on  Quilt Roadies later this week.

The campground includes teepees for rent!

Like I said...get something to drink, relax and enjoy the slide show!

  1. I had a similar reaction when I found this shop in June. Two other ladies entered about the same time and one of she shop helpers gave us the rundown of the various room, the Christmas room, the classroom etc. Did you get a closeup of that milepost sign on that first bookcase directing you to Minkee, batting, clearance etc

I amazed at their variety of good, I think they truly have something for everyone!
