Woolie Explosion!

There must have been something in the air because QuiltWorks had a Woolie explosion!!!  The room was packed with people who decided that wool needed to be stitched on Tuesday.  It was packed and for the first time ever we had to set up an additional table.  The chatter was lively and the needle and thread was flyin'!

It wasn't UFO Woolie Day which is the 4th Tuesday of the month so there was all kinds of new stuff being worked on...3 woolies were working on the Yoko Saito BOM.  The blocks are stunning!

It is fun to see the variety of wool projects from the primitive to the cute.

...and then there was Barb who was starting a new trend of UN-Stitching...

There are so many different types of wool projects that I know this medium will appeal to most quilters given the chance.

I am working away on my projects and today is a machine sewing day at retreat...hummm which project to start with?!  Hope you are fitting in some stitching time!
