Woolies

Yesterday was the Woolie gathering at QuiltWorks.  A nice group showed up and there was a lot of UFO stitching going on.  I totally cracked up when I was presented this gift certificate from a couple of Fabric Stalkers who just returned from Empty Spools Seminars.  They went into the local quilt shop, Back Porch Fabrics and when they completed their purchases they added it to my punch card...and filled it up!  Now, I'll have to figure out when to go back and spend it!!!!

Leslie brought a little show 'n tell...she is definitely ready for Spring!

Nancy brought her show 'n tell from her Empty Spools!
looks like a painting!!!

The best part of the gathering was getting to see the Gallery Show!  Our very own Mary was the Featured Quilter.  She started quilting in 2000 and has completed so many wonderful quilts.  Enjoy the slide show!!!

Lovely collection of Mary's quilts. Some amazing appliqué and pieced combination pieces along with lovely patchwork. Wish I could see them in person.
