PhD + Give Away!!!

I didn't realize when I graduated from UCSB that I would ultimately have a PhD in Sewing!!  I am trying to stay focused on all that I love in my sewing room.  I rearranged everything so that it screams Feng Shui!  Which I hope will give me the power to keep moving forward.  Yesterday, I pieced a backing for the SF Giants quilt, pieced a couple more wedges of the Tula Pink footstool and, last but not least I stitched a few more wool leaves on the border of Evelyn's Album for this years Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show.

I wanted to show you the layout of my sewing room...it really has a nice flow to it and I seem to be more productive! It is amazing how a little adjust to one's space can create a more creative environment.

Finally, it is countdown for the Wooly Wound Give Away just click this link, leave a comment you are interested in the Give Away and please be a registered follower of the Woolie Mammoth Blog by clicking on the "Join This Site" tab on the left side of the blog :)  Have a wonderful Thursday and we'll see who the dog dish and Mr. Random cough up tomorrow!

  8. Love how your room looks and the size, mine is smaller and it is all jammed in, but I have one chair with wheels, so I can go back and forth on that, lol. For some reason your blog goes black on me when I hit the comment and other things, did you get a new feature or banner that might cause that?

  17. WOW wish I had all that space...lucky you! My room is adequate, but when I am working on several things at once, it gets to be a real disaster.

  18. I do love your sewing room and the first question that popped into my head was, how can I make my room look half as nice! And of course, your parents' stove is to die for! Love it all.
