Humpty Dumpty Day

Yesterday, we woke up to some beautiful mountains and frost on the landscape.  No complaining here...we need snow and more off it!!

We had a wonderful 2nd day to our class...everyone was in work mode to get their project finished.  This class is set up to feel success.  We also had some show 'n tell by some of our classmates...this jelly roll was stunning!

I was curious about the curve ruler class and so Sue brought her finished project using the curved ruler...this is the easy quilter's version of the
Double Wedding Ring quilt.

It is an amazing thing  but, most of us finished our quilt tops along with conversation and laughter...we laughed so loud the shop had to close the classroom door...oh yeah, that means it was a great class!!!
Have a great Wednesday! If you are in Central Oregon and want to check out the East of the Cascade Quilt Guild in Sisters we will start at 6:30.  I am doing a presentation on how to create a wooden quilt block to hand on the outside of your house...a no brainer but fun to create!

If I were in Central Oregon I would for sure attend your presentation. 😊

  2. What wonderful quilts, love how they are all a little different and show the personality of the quilter. Love that shot, what a nice view to wake up to.

  4. What a gorgeous view. I hope you get lots of snow to take away the drought. Looks like a super fun time with friends!
