Quilt Sharing

One of the great things about belonging to a quilt group is the sharing.  Sharing our lives, stories and quilts!  Each group has their own culture.  Some groups gather because they like a certain kind of construction...like embroidery, wool, piecing.  The Juniperberries in Sisters gather for the love of quilting in all it's forms and the love of each other.  Yesterdays gathering was not only a stitch day but a sharing day for the quilts going into the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show.  They are in various states of construction and we are now on countdown.  As you will see...this group is made up of very individualistic quilters who just love to be together.  I hope you will be able to make the show and see these creations up close.  Not everyone was able to bring their quilt today so this is a peek at a few of them...all, are in different stages of creations...after all there is still 38 days till the show!

  1. What an eclectic group of quilts! They are all great, miss your friends black and white with bold colour accents one.

Are they all going hang them all together for the fortieth anniversary? Can't wait to see them in person.
