Empty Spools...Chapter 4???

Needless to say hanging with the girlfriends presents a whole lot of silliness!

 Nancy is checking out Kathy McNeil's applique tools and method...
YES, we all bought the tools! LOL

 The Monterey Bay continued to WOW us the entire week!  It was the perfect session for us...we drove down on snow free roads and arrived to sunny skies :)

This slideshow gives you a glimpse of some of the instructor's own quilts.  Some of the photos are a little blurry because they are a photo of a photo but you will still get the idea.  I didn't visit all the classrooms but enough to know that Empty Spools is like the vortex of quilt instruction!  I hope you enjoy it and are not getting to bored because I still have a few more posts to go so I can cover all that we embraced on this trip!!

  9. The only thing better than a week at Asilomar would be a week there with your crazy gang! Even though this year was a struggle, it was so worth it! Love reading your posts so that I can relive it with you!
