Therapeutic Tuesday

Oh boy is this ever Therapeutic Tuesday!  I am heading off to the needle case class with Tamra at the Stitching Post!!!  It will be a "quiet" moment to my life...I am a tad behind on all the blog news and plan on catching up this week.  Yesterday was a fabulous day at the Material Girls but that will have to wait until I catch up!

If you remember I attended a Sisters Quilt Show Foundation Event a couple of weeks ago and am just now getting around to blogging the event.  Many of you may not be aware but the Sisters Quilt Show is a non profit event.  The revenue that is made at the quilt show goes not only to supporting the quilt show but to many other causes in need.  You can HELP by donating $35 a year to continue to fabulous supportive event!  The foundation has a variety of ways it says thank you and to those donor who support a $100 or more...there is even more interesting ways they say thank you.  One way is the yearly Volunteer Thank You party with a presentation.  This years speaker was Wendy Hill and Pat Pease who collaborate on extraordinary works of art.  Appetizers, wine, beer and music accompanied the gathering.

Enjoy the slide show...it is a combination of quilts and those "town & country" party photos of who's who in the Central Oregon Quilting World!

  1. Have fun and enjoy your stitching time. We are getting more snow, nothing big, but not worth going out in.

  2. Ana, After slide 10, nothing happened. The screens were all black. Maybe it's my internet, but I thought I would let you know
