Quiet River 2014 Day One

It is a perfect Quilt Retreat!  Snowing like its the middle of winter, no bras allowed, fabric everywhere and unlimited coffee!

The laughter is non stop and amazing progress is happening.  Just what the doctor order...to sew in our jammies with the aroma of chili and cornbread...sigh...sometimes the stars just line up!  I am making headway on the wedding quilt...can't get distracted...must get it done!  We are heading to QuiltWorks for the First Friday Gallery exhibit so I will have a wonderful slideshow on Monday.  Enjoy the weekend, fondle the fabric and hug a girlfriend...see you on Monday!

  5. Hi Anna, I see you have a Stella light, what do you think about it. I'm thinking of getting one.

Nancy's bird quilt is lovely, can she share the name of it please? I like those fun yarn tails and the decorative stitches she used on the others. Nicely done.
