GIVE AWAY...the beginning!

So MUCH to share, so little space or time to do it, lol.  I will be bringing you into the holiday season...as it is my favorite time of year!  I do miss my dad this time of year.  He and I were all about the holiday season and each year I recall all the fun of the season we shared when I was growing up.
Yesterday we woke up to this!!!

...and this!!!  This photo is not touched up one bit...it is some of the sisters in all their glory as the sun rises.

Well!!!! Let the party begin!!!  I decided given the cold weather and the first snow to have the first Give Away pattern be Snowy Days by Heart to Hand.  This is going to be so much fun!  As with last year the criteria for entering the give away is that you be a registered follower, leave a comment on the post give away you are interested in and have fun.  I will announce the winner about every 3 days and if you are a no reply follower I have no way of contacting you SO...you need to keep checking back because if I don't hear from you in 24 hours after the announcement the dog dish coughs up another winner.  Let the games begin!!!

I enjoyed the company of a few girlfriends yesterday and so appreciated that they braved the weather to come out and play.  Days filled with friends, laughter, food and stitching...well that is a perfect day!

As I did last year I am sharing some of my favorite Holiday videos.  Since these are free you will have to put up with the occasional ad. But, it will be well worth it!  The Florin Street Band video is my all time favorite...enjoy!

I can't imagine how the cold feels there. It was 19 at the Portland airport at 7:40 this morning and Sunday is supposed to have a low of 12! I've never felt it this cold since I moved here 24 years ago.
