Happy....

I NEED to live in my happy space.  My happy space includes a sewing machine and fabrics...but as Yoda said there has been a tremor in the force...my quilting force.  After a few visitors last week in which there was  sucking of air when I opened the doors to my stash and projects...I started to think I just might...might...have too much?!  I decided to get a handle on it and instead have made myself sick. How to inventory what I have going on here...so... I created a new board on my Pinterest site...called, Quilting UFO's, WIPs and PIGs...holy blades batman...I need to get some projects done...and it doesn't even list all that I have just the one's that I really want to get done, lol.

Is there a Quilt Doctor in the House???

  1. When you are done with the Quilt Doctor/organizer/shrink, please send her to me, okay? I've been pulling stuff out of nooks and crannies and cubbies and closets and the garage and... well, I think there is a problem. Plus, my sewing machines are all boxed up and stored for the duration. How will I ever survive the next three months?? I think my happy place lies at the end of the--no, not the rainbow, the move! You'll understand, I'm sure!

  2. I think we all need to go to meetings, lol. I just want to clean up and declutter, but I need someone who can build me shelves and a room where I can hold all the stuff and still see it, lol.

  3. Make me an honorary member too. I promise myself I am not buying a single thing, or starting another project until I use up some of what I have and/or finish some of what I have started ... and darn if I don't get side tracked and forget that promise to myself. For some people it is shiny objects.. for me it is cotton and wool.

  9. Would be a very successful physician, if one existed! Alas, I fear there is no cure.

  10. Luckily our quilt group is going to have a garage sale in a month. That gives me time to sort through and weed out some fabrics I've owned for FAR TOO LONG! What doesn't sell goes to Goodwill.
