Give Away!!!

I gave you a hint yesterday about the Give Away....did you get it???  Yes, it is a Bonny Sullivan flannel panel...now say that 5 times real fast!!!  This stuff feels like velvet!.  Sew Many Quilts is sponsoring this Give Away.  Sharon had this panel tucked away so she could sponsor the Give Away and then when she went to get it someone had started to cut it up.  I told her my readers won't care...it was cut on the seam design line anyway!  I told her I would just show the cut so that no one would be shocked when then won it...thinking the postal service decided to start quilting, lol!  This panel is absolutely wonderful and could be used in so many gifts.  In order to be in the running for this fabulous panel, just leave me a comment on this post you are interested and please if you would be so kind to be a registered follower.

Just to give you an idea of what can be done...so far Marilyn, a Material Girl made 3 pillows as gifts this holiday season.

look how wonderful the pre-printed complementary crazy patch flannel looks!

I love these ice skates!  Bonnie is an incredible designer!

...last but not least...a snowman pillow.  And she still has several other blocks to use in other projects.

I am currently knee deep in fabric...trying to get prepped for quilt retreat at Lori's beach house in Sept....I want to be a sewing demon!

  2. I like that, and i love the pillows. I also think the smaller panels would be nice for mini pillows stuffed with balsam. On the other hand, I would have kept it as is and made a quilt for the kids by just quilting in the ditch lines;)
