Woo...Woo...Woolies!!!

First, before I forget  Geoff's Mom is having a GIVEAWAY!!!
...and now for the blog...

As Anne and I have come to the realization that we have been in a quilting Black Hole this summer...not that we haven't been fiber shopping, quilt viewing or internet surfing the quilt world...but, that we have not actually been stitching...that kind of Black Hole...getting together with the Woolies is just what the quilt scientist have figured out!  It is the girlfriends that encourage the stitching, lol.

The Woolie gathering gave us both a shot in the fiber to start stitching.  The group sew is not only thread stimulation but highly entertaining.  As you can see Marilyn was making pennies to match her top!

Even though Anne and I have maybe hit a dry spell the rest of the Woolies seem to be stitching right along!...and, of course Sandy our woolie energizer bunny...well, you know how bunnies have the reputation of procreating is mass quantities...

  2. I think we all get into the black hole at one time or another! Getting together to stitch and talk and inspire each other is a great way to reignite that creative spark. As for me, well, who knew the pinwheels would suck me into their vortex?
