GIVEAWAY!!!! & a little hummmm

I don't know about you but I need a little blog excitement!  No quilting going on here, Woolies, canceled this week and my quilting horizons are looking a little bleak.  It is time for a Give Away!!!  This was one of my favorite projects by Primitive Pieces By Lynda.  I decided this 8 x 10 pattern is just too heavy to pack and so I am offering it to you!  All you have to do is leave a comment on this post that you are interested and be sure you are a registered Woolie follower.  We'll announce a winner on Easter Monday.

So, here is the hummmmm.  I am trying to be at peace with myself...that I am still occasionally succumbing to the quilt shopping elf...who makes me order stuff.  Which means I don't even open the package I just pack it...hummmm.  I know I should check that the order is correct but there is something in me that wants to just pack it away and have a surprise on the other end. I just know it is going to be like a party every day as I unpack my sewing room.

The other thing I have discovered about myself is...I have a Lite Steam-A-Seam 2 fetish.  As I move things around and pack I just finding new packages of the stuff!  It's like I can't go into the store without bringing one home, lol.  I wonder which one of my kids I should leave the Lite Steam-A-Seam too in my will?

Back to packing!

  9. I know how you feel. We aren't moving (though we have moved 5 times), but we are doing a total renovation (in stages), and I completely understand the feeling of living out of boxes and the chaos that it creates. That said, my sewing room is finished (YAY!!) and I would be happy to help you out and take that pattern off of your hands! Thank you for the opportunity, and also for being a great blogger! I love reading about your home adventures, Enzo, and all the great projects you and your friends are working on!

  12. LOL on the lite steam a seam2...I just got back from the quilt shop with my lite steam a seam2 in hand...I'm always running out.

I would love to win that pattern so you don't have to pack it. Remember that less you pack the less you have to unpack...:)

  13. It's going to be like Christmas when you unpack. I know my curiosity would never let me do this, but I think it is a great decision on your part.

I would love the table runner pattern - I have so many of Lynda's patterns, but not that one. She is such a designing genius.
