The Day After (don't forget the Give Away)

I hope your Christmas was enjoyable.  I think we can't take our lives for granted and there is so much to be grateful about.  We had a quiet Christmas, talked with both son's and their families.  I spent a little time prepping my latest wool project and then started prepping dinner, lol.  Robin and her dog Brim joined us for dinner and we took the dogs out for a walk.  They had a blast and I couldn't help but take some photos.  There is no quilting in this slide show...only a couple of deer and 2 happy dogs!

Don't forget that you can throw your name in the hat for the Christmas Day Give Away just leave a comment you are interested and be a registered follower.

Thank you for all the Christmas wishes and I'm sorry that I couldn't keep up with the emails this last couple of weeks...I am still working my way through and answering any questions that were asked..

  1. ohmygoodness...not only is the snow perfect for Christmas but the dogs playing in the snow is perfect. In the 6 years that I lived in Bend, I don't recall having snow on Christmas. Always wanted it for my son, but never had it.

Beautiful views. Too bad I am not ready to move back to Bend..your place looks to be a good place to live. :o) Will you be renting it out? or selling it? Have to find a decent paying job first..but have 18 months til I can try to decide what I am going to do with my life and where I want to live. Truely, it is Bend, but have to see.

Enjoy your week and the snow. I have to start prepping what I want to do next. What are you making?

  2. Beautiful photos of the deer and there is nothing like Snow Balls to get the pups going. Mine does the same thing, loves to dig in the snow.
