Day 3 of the 12 days of Christmas Give Away!!! & Day 2 Winner!

I don't know about you but the traffic out there is crazzzzzy.  People rushing from point A to point B...doesn't matter that they are missing out on the beautiful snow falling.    HH and I headed out to Sisters to check the construction...and the funny thing...more snow was falling in Bend than in Sisters!  The house is really starting to look like a home.  The sheet rock was going up  inside which made it feel more homey.

A friend gave me a Christmas card that was so fun...a big brown dog...wonder why she chose this one??? and when you pressed one corner a sequence of rotating color lights start blinking...on a greeting card!!!  I love it!!!!

...and now for the big reveal...who won the flower vine quilt pattern....Marie, who said..."just imagine those flowers and vines in wool!"  Enzo and I both agree...now I am kinda conflicted about tossing it into the Give Away! LOL  Send me your mailing address and I'll drop it in the mail.

Day 3 Give Away is one of my most recent purchases.  I loved the Frosty Mug pattern.  Then my friend Marla discovered  a Frosty Mug kit for sale from The Dorr Mill Store.  I had to get the kit but it resulted in me having 2 patterns...so, Day 3 pattern give away is Frosty Mugs!!!!  For those of you who don't do wool this pattern would be cute appliqued! All you have to do is leave a comment you are interested and are a registered follower of the Woolie!

I love Mariah Carey's version of "All I Want For Christmas Is You."  Hope you enjoy!  today I am working on quilting a Hop Scotch in the morning and this afternoon....tea, at Nancy's a Fabric Stalker...ahhhh more girlfriend time.  How blessed am I!

  26. After church today my husband and I went to Cracker Barrel for a late breakfast and I was totally amazed at the traffic - all before noon on a Sunday! I love this snowman pattern, even looked at it online but I held to my vow not to purchase anything for at least 6 months. However, winning would not count. :) blessings, marlene
